Products

All pieces are handmade, so each one is slightly unique. Small variations in shape, texture, finish, and stone colour are part of the handmade process and are not faults. Photos are as accurate as possible, but colours can vary between screens.

Our gemstones are lab-grown unless stated otherwise. Metal is 925 sterling silver unless stated otherwise.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
Shipping costs are shown at checkout
We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud), in which case we'll refund you in full.

Made-to-order pieces

Made-to-order items have the lead time shown on the product page. Lead times are estimates and may vary. We'll keep you updated if there's a delay.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only. Once your order is handed to the carrier, we'll send tracking details. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and refunds

Intellectual property

All designs, photos, text, and branding on this website belong to Samphine (Laura Michelle Hodgson) You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
